Because our programs involve limited spaces and preparation in advance, the following refund policy applies.
Workshops and Courses
Registrations are non-refundable. However, participants may request to transfer their registration to a future session, subject to availability.
Participant Substitutions
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a colleague from the same organization at no additional cost.
Cancellation by ShiftworkInc
If a workshop or course is cancelled by ShiftworkInc, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future session.
